Although she has stepped away from hands-on consulting, Kelly remains deeply committed to helping organisations reduce software spend, optimise their IT estates, and build resilient, future-ready governance practices. Her passion lies in translating complex modern ITAM concepts into clear actionable strategies, that drive business impact.

With her passion for challenging the status quo, she plays a key role in shaping LISA’s educational and community driven initiatives.
Kelly draws on her eight years at Snow Software as a Senior Consultant, and her five years at Microsoft as a SAM Manager, where she gained a deep understanding of enterprise licensing, cloud economics and the evolving dynamics of software asset management.Â
