AI is rapidly being embedded across SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools, yet most organisations don’t manage it as a formal IT asset with defined ownership, lifecycle, costs, and risks. To help you take back control, this course offers clear guidance on ways to manage AI using the frameworks you already trust.
This course offers a practical foundation for managing AI as an asset, covering key technologies like machine learning, NLP, and generative AI. We share real-world user cases, exploring associated risks, governance considerations, and how AI can be applied to strengthen ITAM practices while keeping human oversight central.
This course gives ITAM, SAM, FinOps, procurement and IT leaders a clear, grounded foundation in managing AI as an asset.
By completing this course you’ll be able to identify AI systems across SaaS, cloud and on-prem, assess their risks, and treat them as managed IT assets. You’ll understand key AI types, regulatory expectations and first steps in AI governance, so you can support your organisation’s AI strategy, spend control and compliance conversations.
